No Products in the Cart
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned such as:
- Gift cards
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
* Any item that was purchased during the Ambassador program (Taking into account the discount codes starting with "AMB-".
* Any item purchased during a promotion such as BlackFriday, CyberMonday, Christmas, HappyNewYear ..etc ..
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or those purchased through the Ambassador program are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at email@example.com specifying the problem as well as photos commenting on any anomalies.
If you ordered the wrong size, we do not accept returns. It is the customer's responsibility to check his order before confirming the order. Therefore, no exchange or refund can be made if the customer has made an error in the size of the garment.
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
